WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you place your order before 12:00 PM on a weekday, we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
 

For standard UK delivery, orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days.
 

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, and no compensation or refund of postage fees will be provided in such instances.
 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

Standard delivery for UK orders is completely FREE.
 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

We take great care in packaging your order, as we understand that the unboxing experience is an important part of The Trending Gentleman journey.
 

Most orders will be sent in a secure white foil envelope with a strong closure for added protection during transit.
 

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

For small UK orders delivered in a large letter envelope, Royal Mail will deliver directly to your mailbox.

For small UK parcels, Royal Mail will leave a note, allowing you to either arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail depot.
 

For large UK parcels, delivery is via Royal Mail and is fully tracked. You will receive notifications via mobile or email so you can ensure you're available to receive your order. If you miss the delivery, you can contact Royal Mail to arrange a redelivery.
