Refund Policy
 

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days, inclusive of the delivery date. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Any returns received outside this timeframe will be securely destroyed.

Please Note: Returns are only accepted for orders placed within the United Kingdom. International orders (excluding the UK) are non-returnable.
 

Items purchased using promotional codes, discount codes, or those that are on sale or otherwise reduced in price are not eligible for return.
 

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging with all labels intact.
 

Returns that do not meet these criteria—such as items returned in non-original packaging, creased, or otherwise compromised—may incur a fee up to the full value of the order to restore the item to a saleable condition.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. No compensation will be provided for late or delayed deliveries.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you wish to return a product, please email us with your reason for the return, and we will provide the necessary return address.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend sending returns via a fully tracked service and obtaining proof of postage from your postal service or courier.

• We will not be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if sent without proof of postage and a valid tracking number.
